Legal frame
Personal data is handled under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and the 2025 Personal Data Protection Law. The operator of nestIP is the controller. Write to hello@nestip.net.
Account data
We store email, name, company if you enter one, the password hash, verification state, plan, quota, and credit balance.
Addresses you look up
The IP address a customer submits to the API is not written to usage_logs. The log keeps the call count, endpoint, status code, and the IP of the client that called the API.
Caller IP
The caller IP on a log line is kept for IP_LOG_RETENTION_DAYS, default 30 days, then removed. The purpose is rate limiting, abuse control, and billing counts.
Payments
When PayOS is enabled, the amount, order code, and status are stored so credits are added once. We do not store card numbers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the account via hello@nestip.net. Deleting the account removes keys and the user row. Operational backups follow the server backup cycle and then expire.
Cookies
See the cookie page. The marketing site sets no analytics cookie while the analytics variables are empty, which is the default.
